30-day refund for any reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of reason.
Return requirements
Proof of purchase is required and must show the date, place of purchase, product description, and price.
Products must be returned with all included accessories.
We must receive the returned item before a refund can be processed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
Important notes
Returns of more than 10 units of the same product purchased under a corporate account are not accepted.
Items sent without completing the return process may be refused or disposed of.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
